This policy explains how Steady: Job Search Tracker handles information you enter while tracking applications, rejection emails, interviews, check-ins, runway and support flows.

Scope and Safety
Steady supports job-search tracking, reflection and emotional support. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat conditions, and is not a substitute for emergency services, therapy, medical care, financial advice, legal advice or career placement services.
Steady помогает вести трекер поиска работы, рефлексировать и проходить через стресс поиска. Приложение не является медицинским устройством, не ставит диагнозы, не назначает лечение и не заменяет экстренную помощь, терапию, медицинскую помощь, финансовую, юридическую или карьерную консультацию.
Information You May Enter
- job applications, company names, roles, sources, stages and status history;
- interview dates, notes, preparation reminders and follow-up context;
- mood, energy, check-in notes, journal text and recovery flow responses;
- rejection email text or screenshots that you choose to paste or import;
- runway inputs, such as cash reserve and monthly expenses;
- networking contact names and notes that you choose to save.

Local Storage
Most app data is stored locally on your device using iOS app storage. Steady does not create a public profile, social feed or cloud account for your job-search data in this version.
Большая часть данных хранится локально на вашем устройстве в хранилище приложения iOS. В этой версии Steady не создаёт публичный профиль, социальную ленту или облачный аккаунт для данных поиска работы.
Photos, Screenshots and Rejection Lab
If you choose a screenshot of a rejection email, Steady may read that image to extract text for Rejection Lab. This is initiated by you. The email text is used to show cliche detection, bingo, translation and share cards inside the app.
Если вы выбираете скриншот письма с отказом, Steady может прочитать изображение, чтобы извлечь текст для Лабы отказов. Это действие запускаете вы сами. Текст используется для распознавания клише, бинго, перевода и карточек для шаринга внутри приложения.
Analytics
Steady uses Amplitude analytics with an anonymous device identifier to understand product usage, such as screen views, feature taps, onboarding completion, paywall events and app readiness. Analytics events may include technical information such as app version, iOS version, device model and language.
Analytics events do not include your rejection email content, company-specific notes, journal text, financial entries, networking notes, application details or screenshots.
Steady использует Amplitude с анонимным идентификатором устройства, чтобы понимать использование продукта: просмотры экранов, нажатия, завершение онбординга, события paywall и готовность приложения. В событиях может быть техническая информация: версия приложения, iOS, модель устройства и язык.
В аналитику не отправляются тексты отказов, заметки о компаниях, дневник, финансовые записи, заметки по контактам, детали откликов или скриншоты.
Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Steady may receive subscription entitlement information, product identifiers and transaction status needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive full payment card details.
Покупки обрабатывает Apple через StoreKit. Steady может получать статус подписки, идентификаторы продуктов и информацию о транзакции, нужную для открытия платных функций. Мы не получаем полные данные банковской карты.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Steady may schedule local reminders, such as daily check-in nudges or interview reminders. Notification content is generated on your device and is not used for advertising.
Если вы разрешите уведомления, Steady может создавать локальные напоминания: дневной check-in или напоминания перед интервью. Текст уведомлений создаётся на устройстве и не используется для рекламы.
Tracking, Advertising and Sale of Data
Steady does not include advertising SDKs, does not sell personal data and does not use data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
В Steady нет рекламных SDK. Мы не продаём персональные данные и не используем данные, чтобы отслеживать вас в приложениях и на сайтах других компаний.
Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it through app features when available or remove the app from your device. Exported or shared files must be deleted separately wherever you saved or sent them.
Локальные данные остаются на устройстве, пока вы не удалите их через функции приложения, если они доступны, или не удалите приложение. Экспортированные или отправленные файлы нужно удалять отдельно там, где вы их сохранили или отправили.
