What to Include

• The email or Apple relay address used for Sign in with Apple, if relevant.
• Your app version and iOS version.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• For lecture processing issues: the lecture or playlist URL, if you can share it.
• For subscription issues: whether the purchase was weekly or yearly and whether Restore Purchases helped.

Subscriptions

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app at Settings -> Account -> Delete account. See Account deletion for details.
