GroundHopping support
Need help with your matchday journal?
Email ikorkodinov@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Attach a screenshot only if it helps, and hide personal ticket details.
Pro purchase or restoration
Use Restore purchases in the app’s Pro screen while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. Apple handles billing and refund requests at Report a Problem. If access is still missing, tell support what you see; do not send your card number or Apple password.
Importing a match history
Open Settings and the CSV import guide before choosing a file. The importer needs the column names and date formats described there. A file from another app, including Futbology, may need conversion to this format. GroundHopping does not sign in to, connect to or automatically extract data from Futbology. Keep your original file and review the import report for rows that need correction. CSV import and export are Pro features.
iCloud and your photos
iCloud sync is optional and available in Settings with Pro. Restart the app after changing this preference. Check that iCloud is available for the Apple account on each device. Structured journal records can sync; the current app does not upload local ticket or stadium image files through CloudKit. Keep original photos or a separate backup. Turning off sync does not delete existing iCloud records.
Stadium photographs
Your own available photo is shown first. Otherwise the app can show a licensed reference photo. Some are bundled for offline use; others need an internet connection and may be unavailable. Reference photos may be historical. Tap the photographer credit to see the source and license. Send us the stadium name and image source if you notice a mismatch or a rights issue.
Location and check-in
Allow location access in iOS Settings if you want to use check-in. Check-in needs a usable location fix near the selected stadium. You can keep a journal without using this feature. It is a personal record, not an official admission or identity certificate.
Data and privacy requests
You can edit or delete visits in the app. For questions about analytics, purchases, support information or deletion, use the email above and read the privacy policy. Do not post personal information in public issue trackers.
Hilfe zu GroundHopping
Du brauchst Hilfe mit deinem Spieltagsjournal?
Schreibe an ikorkodinov@gmail.com.
