Pure 75 Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Pure 75 (App Store name: 75 Hard Tracker: Pure 75) is provided by Pavel Korkodinov. Questions about the app can be sent to ikorkod@gmail.com.

App license

Your App Store download and use of the app are subject to the license agreement presented through the App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where a custom license agreement has not been provided. This page explains Pure 75's features and service terms; it does not replace a different license agreement expressly supplied with your App Store purchase or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Challenge tracking and health

Pure 75 is a tool for recording a personal challenge, with logs, reminders, photos, progress summaries, and optional Buddy sharing. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent a medical condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Displayed goals and completion indicators are challenge rules, not an individual assessment that a diet, fluid intake, or exercise routine is safe for you. Adapt your activity to professional advice and your circumstances; do not continue an activity that causes harm to meet an app target.

The app records information you enter or choose to import. You are responsible for checking entries and deciding whether a recorded workout or other activity qualifies for your challenge. Progress indicators and reminders are not emergency monitoring and do not guarantee a health or fitness outcome.

Pure 75 is an independent tracker and is not affiliated with Andy Frisella, 1st Phorm, or 44SEVEN MEDIA.

Optional purchases

The current Premium Lifetime and Premium + Buddy products are one-time in-app purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the applicable product, price, currency, and payment details before you confirm. Features included with each product are described in the app.

Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. A pending approval or unsuccessful payment does not create completed purchase access. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable terms; see Apple's refund instructions. Deleting local data or leaving a Buddy pair does not itself request a refund or erase Apple purchase history.

Buddy and sharing

Buddy is optional and requires an internet connection and an available backend service. Invite only someone with whom you want to share the progress described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use another person's identity, attempt to access a pair you do not belong to, share invitation codes without permission, or use the service to harass someone.

Pausing stops future check-ins; earlier shared information can remain visible. Unpairing requires confirmation from the online service. The current Buddy identity is generated for the app rather than registered to an email/password account. If its credentials are lost, the same pairing may not be recoverable.

Your records and feature availability

Keep any copies you need of content that is important to you. The current app stores challenge records and photos locally and does not provide automatic CloudKit synchronization of them. Deleting local app data can remove those records. Exports and copies you share are under your control and may be retained by the recipient.

Permissions, network availability, Apple services, operating-system versions, and supported hardware can affect individual features. Reminders and Buddy updates can be delayed or unavailable. This page does not promise uninterrupted online service or that a particular feature will work on an unsupported device.

Privacy, changes, and contact

The Privacy Policy describes what stays on your device and what is sent to online services. If features or these terms change, an updated version will be posted with a new date. A change does not remove rights already granted by a completed purchase or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

For support and privacy requests, contact ikorkod@gmail.com. Nothing on this page chooses a court or jurisdiction on your behalf, limits a mandatory statutory remedy, or requires you to waive rights that applicable law protects.
