Include the app version, iOS version, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. Do not send your Apple password, authentication tokens, full payment-card details, or private progress photos.
For an existing purchase, try Settings → Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests; see Apple's refund instructions.
Privacy and data requests
Version 1.0.6 is upcoming and has not yet been released. After installing that update, you will be able to use Settings → Delete Buddy Account to delete the online Buddy account identified for that installation. Your local challenge history, photos, and purchases will remain. The operation will require a successful server response. If the app reports that an older account cannot safely be identified, contact support for help; it will not silently delete or replace that account. The currently published version 1.0.5 does not include this control.
Send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to the same email address with “Pure 75 privacy” in the subject. Please identify which app and which feature your request concerns. We may need additional information to locate the relevant randomly generated installation or Buddy identifier. An email address is not automatically linked to those identifiers. Do not send health records or photos merely to identify yourself.
Unpairing Buddy removes the active pair and its day-state records; it does not delete the underlying account or separate analytics records. Deleting the app does not automatically delete server records. See the Privacy Policy for the current behavior and limitations.
