These Terms govern your use of StickerKick, also distributed as Football Card Price Scanner, and related services.

Use of the App

The app helps collectors scan football cards and stickers, estimate values, manage collections, track albums, create shareable lists, and monitor price signals. You are responsible for the photos, collection information, and shared lists you create.

Valuations and Market Data

Prices, comparable listings, and estimated values are informational only. They are based on available third-party data and automated analysis, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not financial, investment, or professional appraisal advice. You should verify important prices independently before buying, selling, trading, or insuring cards.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, such as unlimited scans, collection value tracking, batch scanning, price watch, cloud backup, and share tools. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Free trials and limited offers, when available, are shown in the app before purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass limits or subscription checks, upload unlawful content, interfere with our services, scrape or reverse engineer the app, or use shared pages to publish harmful, misleading, or infringing material.

Intellectual Property

The app, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Card names, team names, player names, marketplace names, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. StickerKick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panini, FIFA, eBay, or any card publisher, league, team, or marketplace unless explicitly stated.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Cloud, analytics, price watch, and third-party data features may depend on external services and may be unavailable or delayed.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, missed trades, incorrect valuations, or third-party marketplace decisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the app changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
