Before You Contact Us
- Pity does not log in to game accounts and cannot recover game credentials.
- Screenshot import runs on-device. If OCR misses items, use the confirmation screen or manual entry.
- URL import links expire. If a link fails, generate a fresh wish-history URL and try again.
- Wuthering Waves and Honkai Impact 3rd currently use screenshot/manual import until URL import is verified for production.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
- You can restore purchases from the Paywall or Settings screen.
What To Include
- Your app version.
- Your iOS version and device model.
- The game and region you are tracking.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened.
- A screenshot if it helps explain OCR or import behavior. Do not send passwords or authkeys.
