Overview

Pickleball Watch Scorer is designed as a local-first pickleball scorekeeper. We do not operate a server for the app and we do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores match scores, match history, player names you enter, and related match details locally on your device using Apple system storage. This data stays on your device unless you choose to share it through Apple-provided sharing features.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

If you use voice scoring, the app asks for microphone and speech recognition permission. Voice scoring is only used when you start listening from inside the app. The app does not record, store, or send your voice to our servers. Speech recognition is requested for scoring commands such as point, side out, and undo.

Apple Watch Sync

When you use the Apple Watch app, score state may sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This sync is handled by Apple system services and does not pass through our servers.

Purchases

Lifetime unlock purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Analytics and Tracking

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking.

Crash Reports

If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide aggregated crash information to developers through App Store Connect. We do not add a separate crash reporting service.
