Dart Scoreboard 501 Cricket helps players score darts matches, review match history, and use training modes.
The app sends product analytics to help us understand how features are used and improve the app. Events include app opens, onboarding steps, match and training activity, views of the Pro offer, purchase results, and requests to show Apple's rating prompt.
Each event includes a timestamp, app version, a random installation identifier, and a random session identifier. Depending on the event, it may also include the game type, number of players, starting score, match averages, darts and legs played, training scores, or the Pro product identifier and purchase result. Events from the same installation can be connected using its identifier.
Analytics do not include player names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising identifiers, or payment card details. We do not send your full saved match records as analytics. We use these events for product analytics, not for advertising tracking across other companies' apps and websites.
Version 1.1 offers an optional, one-time Pro purchase for reports and CSV export. It is not a subscription. Apple handles payment, and the app uses Apple's purchase verification to check access and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account email address through this process.
Our purchase analytics record the Pro product identifier and whether a purchase attempt succeeded. They do not include Apple's transaction identifiers, receipts, or payment details. Scoring, training, the caller, match statistics, and the full match history remain free.
Your player names, match history, training history, and settings are stored on your device. Scoring and saved history work offline. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization of this history; your device's backup settings may apply.
Analytics events are queued on your device when they cannot be delivered and may be sent later. Deleting the app removes its local data but does not automatically remove events already sent to our analytics service or copies you have exported or backed up.
Pro reports are calculated on your device from saved matches. They combine all players in the selected matches rather than creating personal player profiles. When you choose Export CSV, the app prepares a file locally and lets you choose where to save it. The file contains player names and match statistics. Any storage or sharing service you choose handles its copy under its own terms.
Supabase hosts the analytics data described above. Apple provides in-app payments, purchase restoration, and App Store rating prompts. The app records that a rating prompt was requested; it does not receive your star rating or know whether you submitted a review.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so that we can respond to your request. Please include only the details needed to explain the issue.
You choose whether to buy Pro, export a file, send a support message, or submit an App Store rating. Version 1.1 does not include an in-app analytics switch.
